Provider Credentialing and Enrollment Services
Our provider credentialing and enrollment services grew out of extreme necessity. Credentialing issues lead to unpaid claims so we make it our business to make sure that they don’t come up. From closed panels to providers being “thrown out” of network participation, we’ve handled it all and have built strong connections along the way.
Today, we have an entire team dedicated to provider credentialing and enrollment. We work with providers of every speciality and all organizational structures (including Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Facilities, Independent Diagnostic Testing Facilities and Urgent Care Centers). We know the credentialing process, the rules and regulations of every insurance carrier and their complicated credentialing requirements
All of our clients receive continuous services, including:
- Assistance with closed panels
- Initial enrollment with insurance carriers
- Re-credentialing and re-validation
- Change of information, such as practice moving to another location or adding additional location
- Changing Tax ID numbers
- Adding providers to existing practice
- Deleting providers from existing practice
We also offer fee-for-service credentialing and enrollment for Individual Providers (all specialties), Multi-Specialty Groups, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Facilities, Independent Diagnostic Testing Facilities (IDTF) and Urgent Care Centers, including:

- Initial enrollment with insurance carriers
- Re-credentialing and re-validation
